Although we are confident you’ll love your ActiveYork products, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch, and we will make it right.
Step 1 – Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery by emailing support@activeyork.com or contacting us on WhatsApp at 97129 94229 with pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 – Once your request is approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrect product.
Step 4 – If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will assist you with an alternative solution.
Step 5 – As soon as the wrong product is picked up, we will ship the correct item (subject to stock availability, or we will issue a refund).

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed, cancellation is not possible.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is updated from time to time. We also provide Cash-On-Delivery. The shipping rates displayed at checkout are final.
